Our Detroit non-profit organization (Give Merit) has been continually impressed by the generosity of the Jet's Midtown location. For the past three years they have provided a generous discount to our annual Student Showcase event for our high school students. Each year, our order arrives on time exactly the way we ordered it and it tastes delicious! Everyone dives right into the pizza and salad! The owner Scott was extremely helpful, quick with communication, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for pizza, and especially for a large event! Thank you Jet's Pizza in Midtown for your generosity and great service!

We ordered our pizza online. For whatever reason, the website would not show that we were using a card. So my husband calls to give them the information and was greeted by a very impatient staff member. He tried to give her a reference number and explain that he was unable to put his card information on the online order. He gave her his name and she could not locate the order. He again asked her if she wanted the reference number. She declined. He gave her the email attached to the order. She still had difficulty locating the order and he again asked if she wanted the order reference number. When she was finally able to locate the order, he paid, repeating the card number twice. He was told that it should be delivered within 40 minutes. After waiting an hour and. 15 minutes, with no pizza in sight, he called back. He asked why the pizza had not been delivered yet. After having difficulty locating the order again, she informs him that they do not deliver in the area. Even though the website directed him to this location for delivery. He asked why no one had called to inform him. She very rudely responded that they we're very busy. She then proceeded to offer to refund the money, as if she was doing him a favor, instead of what she was legally obligated to do. It makes me wonder if she would have refunded the money at all if he had not called back. Although the delivery order could have been stopped when the order was originally placed or when he called to give payment information or in the hour and 15 minutes before he called back, they felt that it was completely acceptable to neglect a customer and and the family he was trying to feed, which included children. Disgracefully poor customer service and business practices. THIS REVIEW IS ZERO STARS FOR THE AMOUNT OF PIZZA AND BASIC RESPECT WE WERE GIVEN!

Can I give zero stars? I'm so annoyed because I made an online order that was never delivered. When I called to follow up, they told me they had called to verify but didn't reach me. I never got a phone call! No solution was offered. Ridiculous process - I won't be ordering from them again!!!

Hands down without a doubt the worst Jet's Pizza in the state. Customer service is trash, and their food is even garbage. Jet's corporate office should seriously consider pulling their franchise as this establishment is clearly serving an inferior product.

I really enjoy Jets pizza. However, I will never order from this location again. I placed an online order for delivery and the confirmation screen stated "There is no need to call to confirm your order.
Real people monitor every order that is placed, and will make sure your order arrives timely. If you call for confirmation, a duplicate order may be placed."
20 minutes after my food was supposed to be delivered I called to check on the status of my order. I was told that nobody monitors the online orders. Additionally, the only way they would have known about my order was if I had called to confirm, basically implying I was at fault for not calling despite the online confirmation and message.
Huge disconnect between the online system and the in-store fulfillment which created a very disappointing experience.
